Hey there and welcome!
I recognize the courage it takes to begin searching for a therapist, and I am glad you are here.

Let me share a little about myself to see if we could be a good fit.

I'm a Belizean, 90's RnB lover, Kidney cancer survivor, and fabulous therapist.
Over the past 20 years, I've had the honor of serving vulnerable people whose voices are often unheard as a Florida child welfare case manager, advocate for sex-trafficked survivors, growth coach, and nonprofit leader.
I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I continue to bring healing to my community one therapy session at a time.

Most of my work is centered around supporting those who are grieving to embrace the fullness of their lives. I honor the ways we uniquely grieve through this life and want to hold space for you. So, if you are feeling the sorrow of missing a loved one, transitioning seasons, or letting go of relationships, let me help you explore your grief.

I respect how valuable spirituality and faith can be when it comes to healing. If you lean on your spirituality and would like to incorporate that into our clinical sessions, I am very open to doing so.
Finally, I long to see communities of color heal from racial trauma and break free from unhealthy traditions. I see you and recognize your intersecting perspectives and experiences as a Black or Person of Color. Let’s process the pain to discover the healing and recovery our souls and bodies so desperately need.
